Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellations and reschedules must happen prior to 48 hours before your event date.
If you should happen to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee charged.

*We are not responsible for the weather or any emergencies.

Refunds

*Deposits are Non-Refundable

If you have paid in full prior to the scheduled date of your event and cancel prior to 48 hours, you will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled date, you will receive a refund of monies paid minus the deposit and a $50 cancellation fee. If for any reason Parties by Niecy cancels the event, we will refund your deposit and any other monies paid.
